Tour de Trash

To join us on Saturday, April 27th for the 5th Annual Tour de Trash, interested volunteers can sign up using the link further below. 

The Harwich Conservation Trust, the Town Conservation Department, AmeriCorps Cape Cod and the Tour de Trash Planning Committee, are leading volunteers to fan out across Harwich to pick up trash for a thorough spring cleaning! We will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Harwich Community Center (100 Oak Street, Harwich, 02645), and the trash pick-up will last until noon. Please bring water and dress appropriately for the weather as well as for walking.  Please wear a bright colored shirt (safety vests will be provided), boots or closed-toe shoes, and bring work gloves. Disposable, non-latex (nitrile which is a synthetic rubber) gloves will also be available. Following the clean-up, volunteers will be provided with lunch. Please sign up below, which will give us a head count for equipment and lunch. We will send you an email reminder before the event.
