The buck stops here: Wildlife video from an HCT property

Generous land-saving support from Harwich Conservation Trust (HCT) donors brings bucks to our community — the kind with antlers!

Check out this short video from a wildlife camera on an HCT property and see what your furry neighbors are up to, including guest appearances by two deer. The camera is managed by HCT volunteer Andrea Petitto, who reads the landscape and somehow instinctively knows where to place the cam to film wildlife wandering by.

Protecting habitat for wildlife, including the galumphing raccoon caught on this video, is at the core of HCT’s mission and we couldn’t do it without you. Your stalwart support helps us preserve land that protects woods, water and wildlife, and complete ambitious eco-restoration projects that enhance water quality and increase biodiversity.

We thank you, and if the wildlife in this fun video had speaking parts, they would thank you too!
