Pamet Dunes and Bearberry Hill Hike Recap

An undaunted group of adventurers braved a mix of wind, rain, and snow on Saturday while exploring Pamet Dunes and Bearberry Hill in the Cape Cod National Seashore. They were rewarded with extraordinary views of the tempestuous surf. Along the way, naturalist and guide Andrea Higgins identified native vegetation and pointed out evidence of cottontail rabbit, deer, fox, and coyote. Pausing in the forest, participants also enjoyed a peaceful moment of mindful meditation.
