Please join musician and drummer Sam Holmstock (samholmstockdrumming.com) and Kripalu Certified Mindful Outdoor Guide Andrea Higgins for a unique two-part immersive outdoor experience including a drumming lesson and mindful guided walk through the serene trails of Cornelius Pond Woodlands. Immerse yourself in music and meditation while surrounded by nature. Pause to appreciate the forest filled with tall oaks, pines, and sassafras trees, a coastal plain pond, and a meadow teeming with songbirds, dragonflies, and butterflies.
