Join HCT on May 17th at 7:00 p.m. for a virtual talk by author Doug Tallamy who has written bestsellers on enhancing your eco-friendly backyard including Nature’s Best Hope and Bringing Nature Home: How Native Plants Sustain Wildlife in Our Gardens.

He is a professor in the Department of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology at the University of Delaware, where he has authored 104 research articles and has taught Insect Taxonomy, Behavioral Ecology, Humans and Nature, and other courses for 40 years. Tallamy was awarded the Garden Club of America Margaret Douglas Medal for Conservation and the Tom Dodd Jr. Award of Excellence in 2013.

After his presentation, Doug will be available to answer your questions, just in time for the spring growing season.
