Calling all nature enthusiasts and aspiring oceanographers ages 5-10: join naturalist Andrea Higgins for an outdoor adventure to learn about the Cape’s ecosystems and wildlife. Discover local beaches, marshes, and conservation areas to study the natural history of the flora and fauna found in each habitat. Students will be introduced to the scientific fields of ecology, limnology, herpetology, ornithology, botany, and entomology. We will collaborate with local experts to discuss Harwich’s natural resources.
