Birds survive and adapt to extreme conditions during the winter months on Cape Cod. Join Field Naturalist Peter Trull at the newly restored Cold Brook Preserve in January to observe bird behaviors and practice identifying a variety of high Arctic species, western migrants, and local residents. Discover the life history of each species we come across while seeking out raptors, songbirds, and waterfowl.
Birding enthusiasts from all experience levels are welcome. Dress warm and bring binoculars.
