Please bring binoculars and dress for a September walk
Please join us for a Bell’s Neck Birding Field Class in September led by naturalist and author Peter Trull.
Observe and scan for migratory birds ranging from songbirds to herons and raptors to waterfowl. Learn about migratory species and observe their foraging behaviors as they build up fat stores for their upcoming journeys.
These walks/classes will build your birding identification skills and confidence while teaching about a variety of bird species, their life histories, and their interrelationships across different habitats. Birding enthusiasts from all experience levels are welcome. Please bring binoculars.
This Birding Field Class is part of a series that also takes place at Red River Beach. Check the Calendar for dates and locations.
