Join Naturalist and Kripalu Certified Guide Andrea Higgins and local artist and instructor Lauren Brading for a Mindful Outdoor Experience. Enjoy a moment of simply being present, surrounded by the beauty and bounty of nature while strolling the serene forest, wetland, and meadow habitats at the 77-acre Sand Pond Woodlands.
This unique opportunity to reconnect with nature will stir our imaginations as we explore and rekindle our sense of curiosity and wonder. Lauren will then guide us in creating ink brush paintings inspired by the abundance of flora and fauna nestled in this wildlife sanctuary.
Painting materials will be provided.
