Enjoy a Bird’s Eye View of Bell’s Neck & Herring River
HCT thanks William J. Collins of Punkhorn Productions for sharing this inspiring footage of sparkling water surrounded by the marsh and forest of Bell’s Neck. Back in 1966, the visionary voters at Town Meeting purchased and preserved this masterpiece of woodland and wetland nestled alongside the Herring River as well as the West & East Reservoirs. Because of their foresight more than five decades ago, we have the good fortune today of enjoying the same sweeping vistas of beckoning blue water bordered by verdant green.
